Uyanıs Buyuk Selcuklu (Awakening the Great Seljuk) a new historical fiction action-filled series on TRT1 which will air this September 2020. Before we watch Dirilis Ertugrul & Payitaht Sultan Abdulhamid on TRT. Both these dramas we watch in our quarantine which become the best memory of those days.
The story leads the great state of Seljuk Turkman to reach its greatest political power in the region of Melik Shah, the son of Sultan Alp Arsalan. Who was the one of the most powerful Sultan in the Seljuk empire, he expanded the borders, the states did a lot of construction and restoration of cities. Not only this aside from being in the war he also worked at science and arts.
Will we get the same excitement as watching Dirilis Ertugrul & Payitaht Sultan Abdulhamid. Now looking forward to this series with high expectations. Will this drama stand out for its war scene and Seljuk theme? Too many blanks waiting for the serial to onair as the trailer didn't show much about their basic story. Hope this project of TRT will be as successful as Dirilis Ertugrul and Payitaht Sultan Abdulhamid. The teasers released and gives a little scary effect of being too cruel, everything been in black. Besides it looks a high budget, big cast series wonder will this surpass Dirilis Ertugrul popularity?
According to the Synopsis, the story of Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu is based on the era of Seljuk Sultan, what happened during the region of Melik Shah (the third sultan of the great Seljuk Empire) struggle against Hasan bin Sabah (who founded assassins). We already aware of the Seljuk empire from Dirilis Ertugrul / Resurrection Ertugrul but this time there will be a specific theme and direct story about Seljuk Saltanat, their war, and their enemies.
